We bake onsite by hand using high-quality ingredients and better alternatives such as organic unbleached flour, unrefined sweeteners, and natural food colourings.
All our goods are dairy free and egg free. We also offer gluten-free and soy-free options, as well as sugar-free cakes that use plant-based sweeteners.
Whether you are looking for every day chocolate chip cookies, a sweet and charming birthday cake, a basket of fresh croissants for a brunch date, or a dazzling array of cupcakes for a special event, Edible Flours is there with you, every sweet step of the way.
We take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but soy, nuts, and wheat are used in our facility.
